SOS!- obi200 to obi200

I am new to OBiTalk, and anybody's advice is more than appreciated.

I have purchased two OBi200 and have them registered with two different users, and I have on each one of them different  GV number defined as SP1. I wanted to link those two obi200, but it seems it is not allowed if they are not registered under the same user. Is that right?

As well, I wanted to call from one Obi200 another Obi by dialing the Obi200 number ( written on the OBi200 device)< but that doesn't work either. I have no idea is there anything I need to setup for that; I was told by the OBiTalk support that it should work straight, but it seems it doesn't.

The out-of-the-box default is that you need to dial **9 in front of the 9-digit OBi number. Are you doing that?
